Supplier Storefront Disclosure

This Supplier Storefront Disclosure applies to purchases made through supplier storefronts powered by HayBuy. This Disclosure supplements the HayBuy Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Purchasing Through a Supplier Storefront

Supplier storefronts allow independent hay suppliers to market and sell products using HayBuy’s marketplace technology and services.

When you purchase through a supplier storefront, you are purchasing products from the applicable supplier, not from HayBuy. The supplier is responsible for the products it offers for sale, including product descriptions, inventory availability, pricing, warranties, and fulfillment obligations.

HayBuy provides the storefront technology, customer account services, payment processing, customer support coordination, and logistics coordination services used to facilitate transactions through supplier storefronts.

2. Independent Suppliers

Suppliers using HayBuy storefronts are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, partners, or representatives of HayBuy.

HayBuy does not own, produce, store, or maintain inventory listed by suppliers. HayBuy does not take title to products offered through supplier storefronts and does not act as the seller of record.

Product-related representations, including descriptions, hay analyses, storage representations, quality claims, nutritional information, and other product information, are made by the supplier.

3. Product Information

Product descriptions, photos, hay analyses, inventory levels, pricing, storage representations, and other product-related information are provided by the supplier.

HayBuy does not independently verify supplier-provided information and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of supplier-provided information.

4. Inventory Availability and Order Confirmation

Inventory availability is subject to supplier verification.

Submitting an order through a supplier storefront constitutes a request to purchase. Orders are not confirmed until inventory availability has been verified and confirmation is issued through the HayBuy platform.

Product listings do not guarantee inventory availability at the time an order is submitted.

5. Payment Processing

HayBuy facilitates payment processing on behalf of suppliers.

Payment transactions may reference both HayBuy and the applicable supplier.

Payments made through supplier storefronts are processed by third-party payment service providers, including Stripe. By submitting payment information and completing a transaction, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process your payment and agree to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, and policies of such payment processor.

HayBuy does not control and is not responsible for the services provided by third-party payment processors.

6. Delivery, Pickup, and Logistics Services

Customers may have the option to arrange delivery or pickup, depending on supplier offerings and service availability.

HayBuy may coordinate transportation, logistics, unloading services, and related services through suppliers, independent carriers, contractors, or third-party service providers.

Delivery dates and times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Unless expressly selected or agreed, delivery does not include unloading, stacking, placement, or other labor services.

Certain rights, responsibilities, and risk allocation may differ depending on whether a customer selects delivery or pickup. Additional terms regarding delivery, pickup, inspection, acceptance, and risk of loss may apply.

7. Customer Support, Claims, and Accommodations

HayBuy may assist in resolving customer questions or transaction issues, but doing so does not make HayBuy the seller of the products offered through this Storefront.

8. No Warranties or Guarantees

Except as expressly provided by the supplier, products and services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

Some suppliers may offer warranties, guarantees, or other product-specific commitments. Any such warranty, guarantee, or commitment is made solely by the supplier and not by HayBuy.

HayBuy is not responsible for administering, honoring, or enforcing supplier-provided warranties or guarantees.

Hay and other agricultural products may be difficult to inspect, transport, store, and return after delivery or pickup. Requests for returns or exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to supplier approval, product condition, transportation considerations, and other factors.

HayBuy does not independently verify supplier-provided information and does not make warranties regarding product quality, condition, inventory availability, nutritional value, suitability for a particular purpose, animal acceptance, animal performance, or other outcomes.

9. Relationship to HayBuy Terms and Privacy Policy

Purchases made through supplier storefronts are processed through the HayBuy platform. To complete a purchase, you may be required to create or maintain a HayBuy account.

By creating an account, submitting an order, or completing a purchase through a supplier storefront, you agree to the HayBuy Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Supplier Storefront Disclosure.

All storefront purchases remain subject to the HayBuy Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If there is any conflict between this Supplier Storefront Disclosure and the HayBuy Terms of Service, the HayBuy Terms of Service will control.
